V40 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the v40 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all v40 platform users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the v40 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies displayed on this website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use v40's services.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. v40 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
Users who register an account are deemed to be at least 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on v40. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
V40 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users who fail to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may have their accounts temporarily suspended.
Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. v40 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the v40 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's systems or infrastructure.
- Spreading false information, defamatory content, or any material that violates the law.
- Using another person's account without authorisation or attempting to circumvent the identity verification system.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
- Sharing account details or selling account access to third parties.
V40 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the v40 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including DuitNow, Boost, and supported eWallets. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as set out in the payments section of your account.
Withdrawal of Funds
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. v40 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals that are under investigation for security or compliance reasons.
Bonus & Promotions Terms
Any bonuses or promotions offered by v40 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside the relevant promotion. Misuse of promotions — including attempts to meet wagering requirements through unfair methods — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Termination
V40 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or instructions from a competent authority. Users whose accounts are terminated due to fraud or a breach of terms are not entitled to any refund of their remaining account balance.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required security checks have been completed, provided there are no active bonus balances or unfulfilled wagering requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
V40 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, but we cannot guarantee continuous availability free from technical issues. The platform is provided "as is" and v40 makes no express or implied warranties regarding its suitability for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, v40 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, incidental damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. v40's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the v40 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of v40 or our content providers and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from v40.
Third-Party Links
The v40 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and v40 has no control over the content of those third-party sites. v40 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website and makes no warranties in relation to them.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
V40 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
